“Property remote, like it. The outside of the cabin needs to be kept up as in the photo on the website, needs work done, a lot. Couldn't use the hot tub, we didn't have access to all of the cabin, only going up the stairs to iur room. It is self check in. Didn't see anyone there at all until midnight when a couple arrived. “Really pleasant stay! Rich at the front desk was so welcoming, friendly and helpful with local recommendations! Lots of parking available and good central location in town. Room was good. Only “issue” was my toilet was constantly running. If I’m ever in Brookings again, I would stay again!”

“0/10 – Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. This property was nothing like what we expected. The room was dirty, the TV didn’t work, and there was no staff on-site to help with any of the issues. The biggest problem was the lack of safety. The parking lot had transients coming and going throughout the night. “I was really disappointed with this hotel. I didn’t expect much with the low price, but I wish we had stayed somewhere else. There was a broken down van outside our bathroom window, and the reception area needs a good cleaning. My biggest issue was how thin the walls were. We could hear the next room talking, digging around in ice in their cooler, and even the buttons on the microwave. I would definitely stay somewhere else next time.”

“This was a great place to stay. We liked the spacious room which was very clean. The decor is a little dated, but did not affect the quality of this place. The beds were very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The long vanity with sink was great for getting ready and the bathroom and shower were great.
